- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆People are very friendly, and their investment strategies have been helpful, but getting anything unusual done is like pulling teeth. An elderly family member is in a convalescent hospital cannot come in to do her banking, and the bank simply does not know how to deal with that--either on the 800 service line or at the local branch. They say they will call back or follow up, and they don't. Wells is very nice, but their customer service is horrible!By Chuck Petch, December 12, 2016
